If you're attending an event at the nearby expo center, this hotel is perfectly located to avoid traffic in the morning and get to your event quickly. the hotel is very close to the concert hall if you're in town for a show. In terms of facilities, the gym and tennis courts are great amenities to have.

The quality of the breakfast presentation and selection could be better.

No outside window, just towards the exhibition hall. No refrigerator or minibar. Restaurant too small and draughty.

This hotel near Crocus Expo conference center is a fantastic find! Despite being a 3-star hotel, it exceeds expectations with its spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and professional staff. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness to the inclusive breakfast, is impressive. The location is perfect for those attending exhibitions, and the prices are very reasonable.

Kind and service oriented staff

Room with a few of the hall was horrible, the window could not open and the airco could not cool so I did sleap in hot room. the hall downstairs was entered during the night and the people building some stands made a lot of noice.

Rooms are very clairaudient, good that only was spoken next door. WiFi didn't work in the room, contrary to the description. Complaint regarding no TV reception was not remedied or solved.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The staff were professional and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location near the Crocus Exhibition Center was convenient. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I wouldnt choose this hotel if i didnt take part at exhibition. not comfortable for people who came for sightseeing, far from the city, through there is a metro station 5 min from it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Crocus Expo conference center and had a very good experience. the location was excellent as it was just near Crocus Expo, making it incredibly convenient for attending events or exhibitions. Secondly, the hotel offered great value for money with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. The attention to detail was commendable, with clean and well-maintained rooms that offered a nice view over the exhibition walls. The staff were friendly and the service was satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a great start to the day with a variety of options available.

All was satisfactory and nothing major that needed improvement.

Very good A/C, good breakfast

I've made last minute booking - booked a night in the hotel thru www.Booked.net only 40 minutes before arrival, near 10pm. When I arrived to the hotel receptionist told me that booking office is open till 8pm, so she can't see my reservation still, and she can't give me a room for the price I've booked, only for a regular price. I asked for a manager, she told that the manager is also absent at this time. She was very impolite and tried to put me out without any rooms. But I persuaded so she was needed to call a manager. The manager explained her everything by the phone, so finally she managed to give me my room. But she even didn't excuse.

Only one english speaking staff, room service operator could not speak english. Considering this hotel is located next to an International Exhibition Centre, there should be english speaking staff.

The hotel is located near an underground station, which is convenient for traveling. They offer big safes in the rooms, which gave a sense of security. , the hotel had a magnificent gym which was enjoyable.

The worst thing about the hotel was the noise. My room was right next to another room, and I could hear everything that was happening in the next room.

Convenient location for Crocus Expo. Comfortable room. Very clean. Fresh towels daily. Efficient and polite staff. Excellent choice of breakfast.

Poor sound insulation. Could hear people in next room who were quite noisy. Room was stuffy and we could not open the window.

Not much apart the fact that it was on site.

First of all it is the price, I had to pay £220 per night for this stay for a cheap Novotel like hotel. Breakfast was poor, especially scrambled egg (definitely from the packet). My colleague also had food poisoning after eating breakfast and could not eat anything for next 4 days.
